Shipping

1. What shipping methods NYwholesale use?
We ship everything via USPS, FedEx, UPS and Pallet.
 
2. How is shipping costs determined?
Shipping cost is calculated based on the product weight, box dimensional, and destination.
 
3. How can I verify the shipping cost before check out?
Click on the "Shipping fee estimate" button at shopping cart page and shipping fee estimate window should pop up. (disable pop-up if not shown)
 
4. When will my order be ship?
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment completion.
 
5. When will I receive my order?
Your order will be deliver in 1-7 business days. (Delivery time varies by shipping service and distance) Make sure you track your order using the tracking number we provided.
 
6. How can I track my order?
After an order is placed, an email will be send to you containing tracking information. Track the order by going on the shipping company's website. You can also call our customer service to track the order for you.

 

Return & Exchange

7. What if my order never came?
Shipments that have been determine to be lost will be check thoroughly and investigated. If we determind the fault is not the customer, a replacement will be shipped. We are not responsible for package lost if tracking shows it was delivered to the correct address.
 
8. What if the merchandise I receive is defective or incorrect?
If your merchandise is defective or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials. Contact us within 3 business days after its arrival and we will send a replacement.
 
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most of items. There will be 15% of restocking fee for all products.

 
Please contact us for approval and a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of all packaging. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
All returns must be in original condition, and include entire pre-packed items (The per case quantity)
We will pay for shipping ONLY if the product is being returned due to an error in processing or the product is defective. You are responsible for paying the shipping charges for any items returned or exchanged.
