LIE SANG BONG TRADITIONAL CLOTHING WITH DELIGHTFUL DESIGNS

As the New York Fashion Week continued, Lie Sang Bong a Korean “Hangeul” designer has made an amazing approach this year. His work or art is extraordinary, and he is known for using Hangeul blending with the beauty of eastern culture with the voluminous silhouette of western fashion.
 
Lie Sang Bong popularity started in 1993, on his first collection, ‘The Reincarnation’, in Seoul Fashion Week. In 1999, Lie received the ‘Designer of the Year’ Award from the mayor of Seoul for his creativity and commercial growth in Korea. In 2007, he created the Cyon Shine Mobile Phone with LG Electronics, one of the first limited-edition cell phones to be designed by a fashion designer. It features a modernized pattern of Hangul characters etched into the casing. This cellular phone is beautifully designed with Hangeul. Mr. Lie debut New York Fashion Week with his Fall-Winter 2014 collection that grew popularity around the world.

Lie Sang Bang has made dresses for internationally famous celebrities, such as Korea’s First Lady, Beyoncé, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Rosario Dawson, Kelly Rowland, Lindsay Lohan and Juliette Binoche. He is an influential artistic and cultural figure in Korea currently acts as the president of Council of Fashion Designers of KOREA and a cultural ambassador for the City of Seoul.
